Where can I buy my skipass in the resort ?

You will find our points of sale:

In Zinal, at the start of the Zinal-Sorebois-Espace Weisshorn cable car

In Grimentz, under the departure of the cable car, in the main street.

I don't want a CHF3.- hands-free card, I'm only going to ski once.

The card is mandatory as a support for the pass, so you must either buy one or bring a compatible one (Skidata system) to recharge it.

What methods of payment are accepted at the ticket office ?

CHF, €uros & Rekas cheques.

Bank cards: Visa, Maestro, Postcard, Mastercard, Reka Card, V-pay, Twint

What are the different domains accessible ?

All skipasses purchased online include the Grimentz-Zinal, St Luc-Chandolin and Vercorin resorts.

Can I reload hands-free cards from other resorts ?

It depends on the type of card you have.

Skidata system cards (23-digit number starting with 01-1614...) can be reloaded at the cash desk or online.
Teamaxess system cards are not compatible and cannot be recharged at our facility.
In some cases, we will not be able to recharge your card if it does not have a writable section.

I can't ski any more, can I lend my ski pass?

No. All passes are personal and cannot be lent or transferred, even if you can't or don't want to use them any more. Warning: this is fraud. You risk a penalty of CHF 200.

Exchange and cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to seven days before the start of the service. Cancellation fee: CHF 40 per transaction. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for payment.
